StorageMart added five facilities across Missouri, Kansas, and Florida in Q3 2026, bringing total net rentable square footage to 441,305 and units to 3,112. The company onboarded a three-property Kansas City MSA portfolio under third-party management, its first such arrangement in that market, bringing its Kansas City total to 50 locations.
StorageMart also acquired a climate-controlled facility in Overland Park, Kansas, and took on management of a newly built four-story property in Naranja, Florida, its 14th location in the state.
