After months of planning, countless conversations, and an incredible amount of collaboration with professionals from across the industry, THE Show will officially open its doors November 4–6 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. What began as an ambitious vision to create a different kind of industry event is about to become a reality.

From the beginning, our mission has been to deliver more than another self-storage conference. We wanted to create an experience that brings together the industry’s brightest minds, challenges conventional thinking, encourages meaningful conversations, and provides attendees with information and insights they can put to work immediately.
With approximately 90 speakers and more than 60 hours of educational programming, we’ve assembled an exceptional lineup of industry leaders, innovators, operators, developers, investors, and experts who are ready to share their knowledge and perspectives.
Our educational program has been organized around four critical pillars of the self-storage business: Operations, Development, Investment, and Data. Each provides opportunities to explore the challenges, opportunities, and emerging trends shaping our industry’s future. Whether you own a single facility, manage a portfolio, develop new properties, or provide products and services to the industry, you’ll find sessions designed to inform, inspire, and challenge you.
We’re also bringing compelling voices from outside the industry to the stage. CNN political commentator Scott Jennings joins our keynote lineup, offering his unique perspective on the political and economic landscape. We’ll also welcome Jefferson Shreve and Troy Downing, who bring valuable insights from their experience in business, government, and public service.
Over the three days, our exhibit hall will feature companies showcasing products, technology, and services that are transforming how self-storage facilities operate. Opportunities to discover new solutions, reconnect with longtime colleagues, build new relationships, and exchange ideas will be just as valuable as the educational sessions.
But THE Show isn’t just about what happens in the meeting rooms or on the exhibit floor.

Our opening reception at the spectacular Georgia Aquarium promises an unforgettable evening in one of Atlanta’s most remarkable settings, complete with exceptional cuisine catered by Wolfgang Puck. And on Thursday evening, we’ll come together for our prestigious Red Carpet Awards Gala, celebrating the outstanding achievements of self-storage professionals.
The finalists for Modern Storage Media’s 2026 Facility of the Year and Manager of the Year competitions have been selected and invited to attend THE Show. These exceptional individuals and facilities represent the dedication, innovation, and excellence that continue to elevate our industry. For the first time, we’ll announce and honor our winners live on stage during the gala, making this year’s celebration especially meaningful for our finalists, their colleagues, and everyone in attendance.
Perhaps what excites me most is bringing so many remarkable people together in one place. Self-storage has always been an industry built on relationships, entrepreneurial spirit, and a willingness to learn from one another. THE Show is a celebration of those qualities and a reflection of how far we’ve come.
