Nan Realty Holdings, LLC has proposed a three-story, 103,560-square-foot self-storage facility along Route 206 in Hillsborough, New Jersey. The project would include 710 units, with a mix of climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled drive-up units, plus office space, gated access, covered loading bays and customer parking. Existing structures on the 2.97-acre site would be demolished. The applicant is seeking variances, site plan approvals and waivers, with the hearing set to continue on July 15.
