Houston, TX – the company delivered an 88,000 square foot, three-story facility featuring 786 units ranging from 5×5 to 10×30. Located along a high-growth corridor with convenient access to Interstate 45 and Loop 610, the facility serves more than 130,000 residents within a three-mile radius and is operated by CubeSmart.
Jacksonville, FL – near River City Marketplace, MV Investment opened a three-story facility at 13413 North Main Street, offering 770 climate-controlled units and 109 non-climate-controlled units. Operated by Space Shop, the development responds to continued residential and retail growth in North Jacksonville.
Punta Gorda, FL – the company celebrated the opening of a state-of-the-art CubeSmart facility at 9084 Mac Drive.
