Site preparation is underway at 2580 Maue Road in Miamisburg, Ohio, for a self-storage facility proposed by Barefoot Land Co. and Maue Storage. The one-story, 75,400-square-foot development will include 527 climate-controlled units and 41 drive-up ambient air storage units, following conditional city approval last October. No construction timeline has been disclosed.
The project represents continued self-storage development in a smaller Ohio market, adding to a broader pattern of climate-controlled facility construction in Midwest suburban communities.
