ARCO National Construction’s New England division has delivered a three-story, 103,050-square-foot self-storage facility in Boylston, Massachusetts, for R.J. Kelly. The building includes 797 climate-controlled units and 46 drive-up units, with on-site office space and parking. The metal-framed structure features a TPO roof, 800-amp electrical service, and a wet fire suppression system.
The completion adds a fully conditioned asset to R.J. Kelly’s Northeast portfolio and illustrates ongoing regional demand for climate-controlled self-storage construction.
