LSC Development has converted a former Staples building in Lombard, Illinois, into a five-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility at 665 W. North Avenue. The property includes 69,375 rentable square feet of storage, 14,960 square feet of parking, and 64 gated vehicle storage spaces. Groundwork, LTD designed the project; G.A.
