Atlanta-based SAFStor has acquired 5.75 acres in Glenwood, Oregon for $1.43 million, per a Lane County deed filed September 2. The company has also secured an $11.4 million construction line of credit on the property, though no development plans have been made public. The site, located off Judkins Road near Interstate 5, would represent SAFStor’s first Oregon project among its roughly 80 nationwide developments.
Several self-storage facilities already operate in the Glenwood area, including U-Haul and Simply Storage locations on Franklin Boulevard.
