Westport Properties has added a newly completed self-storage facility in Upland, California to its third-party management portfolio under the US Storage Centers brand. The four-story property at 1382 East Foothill Blvd, developed and owned by Buchanan Street Partners, offers approximately 123,000 rentable square feet across more than 1,100 units. The building replaces a vacant medical office structure and is one of the few new climate-controlled facilities delivered in the trade area.
Westport now manages two Upland locations with a combined footprint of roughly 176,000 rentable square feet.
