Connolly Brothers Inc. has completed a four-story, 127,120-square-foot self-storage facility at 362 Turnpike Street in Canton, Massachusetts, with CubeSmart managing the property. The development replaces a former restaurant building and provides 986 climate-controlled units, 10 exterior units, and 37 outdoor boat and RV spaces across 97,300 net rentable square feet. Metro Credit Union financed the project; Bwdarchitects served as architect of record.
The completion adds climate-controlled storage capacity to the suburban Boston market on a previously underutilized commercial site.
