Armor Storage has opened a 711-unit facility at 1600 Israel Rd. SW in Tumwater, Washington, with West Coast Self-Storage providing third-party management. The property offers indoor heated and drive-up storage, gated access, and 24-hour video monitoring. Armor Storage SPE-1, LLC developed the project; Site+Plan+Mix LLC served as architect, and HW Engineering handled engineering.
The opening adds self-storage capacity to the Tumwater and Olympia market and extends Armor Storage’s South Sound footprint.
