ARCO National Construction’s New England division has delivered a three-story, 103,050-square-foot self-storage facility in Boylston, Massachusetts for R.J. Kelly. The climate-controlled building on a 6.12-acre Route 140 site includes 797 units, 46 of which are drive-up, plus a 1,000-square-foot office and 19 parking spaces. The structure uses metal frame construction with a TPO roof, 800-amp electrical service, and a wet fire suppression system.
The project repositions a previously undeveloped parcel into an institutional-grade storage asset serving the greater Worcester market.
