ARCO/Murray has delivered a four-story, 99,600-square-foot self-storage facility in Monroe, Connecticut, developed by Asset Realty & Construction Group and operated by Snapbox Storage. The building contains 679 climate-controlled units, an exterior loading dock, and a 1,000-square-foot leasing office on Monroe Turnpike. The zero-lot-line site required construction coordination to keep an adjacent ALDI store operational throughout the build.
The project illustrates the logistical complexity common to infill self-storage development in space-constrained suburban markets.
