Cole Carosella is a Vice President and Partner at Argus Self Storage Advisors and is a key member of the firm’s Colorado brokerage team, where he has been directly involved in more than $1 billion of closed self-storage transactions since joining the team. In his current role, Cole focuses on investment sales advisory, valuation, and transaction execution for self-storage owners across Colorado and nationally. He works closely with the Argus executive team and national brokerage network on business development initiatives, financial analysis, underwriting, and strategic advisory assignments.
