The 72,625-square-foot property offers 822 units across a range of sizes. Situated between existing SecureSpace locations in Tukwila and Beacon Hill, the new site extends the operator’s concentration of facilities along Seattle’s south corridor.
The opening is consistent with a broader industry approach of building location density within urban markets to improve brand visibility and operational coverage.
