Clint Wynn, Robert Loeb, Jeff Bailey, and Brian Cisarik of SurePoint Development are pleased to announce that they have begun construction on their latest Houston-area development in The Woodlands Town Center.
SurePoint’s tenth project in the Houston area will be located in the heart of The Woodlands, the master-planned community developed by award-winning Howard Hughes Holdings Inc.
The Class-A facility will be situated near the intersection of Six Pines Drive and Lake Front Circle and will offer 90,000 rentable square feet of climate-controlled space.
Additionally, SurePoint has two projects currently under construction in the Houston MSA. One is a 100,000-square-foot, single-story project in Missouri City, located on FM 521 just south of Sienna Parkway, and is scheduled to open this May. A similar 120,000-square-foot, single-story project is also under construction at the southwest corner of Mesa Drive and the Sam Houston Tollway, at the entrance to Johnson Development’s Fall Creek community in Humble.
In addition to their growing Houston portfolio, SurePoint currently operates five locations in the San Antonio area.
