Affinius and Axonic Originate $42.5M Loan for Two-Property Storage Portfolio in Miami, Florida

Affinius Capital and Axonic Capital have originated a $42.5 million loan for UTEX Storage Partners to finance two self-storage projects in the Miami metro area. The financing supports a new four-story, 1,097-unit facility in Pembroke Pines and a 540-unit expansion in Coral Gables that will bring that property to 1,500 units total.
