As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Storage Exchange, Taylor plays a central role in shaping the firm’s investment sales platform and overall growth strategy. He has been instrumental in the development of the company’s proprietary brokerage infrastructure, designed to enhance investment visibility, streamline execution, and deliver efficient, high- certainty transaction outcomes.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Taylor serves as Vice President of Investment Sales, where he leads a team of investment professionals focused on the acquisition and disposition of self-storage and alternative real estate assets. He works closely with owners and investors to position assets effectively, execute targeted marketing strategies, and drive competitive processes that maximize value.
Taylor brings extensive transaction experience, with more than $150 million in self-storage investments throughout his career. Prior to founding Storage Exchange, he was a Senior Investment Associate at Red Dot Storage, where he gained hands-on experience in acquisitions, asset evaluation, and portfolio strategy within one of the largest private self- storage platforms in the United States.
Taylor’s combination of institutional experience, transaction expertise, and platform innovation positions him as a key driver of the firm’s continued expansion within the self-storage and alternative asset sectors.
