RSG Development, Blackfin Partners, and The Feldman Companies have opened a three-story, 103,968-square-foot self-storage facility at 4148 Johnson Avenue East in Haines City, Florida. The property offers 659 climate-controlled units along with covered and open RV and boat parking. The project serves as the final phase of a Publix-anchored retail center located near Crosswinds, a planned community of more than 5,000 homes.
The development is a notable example of self-storage being positioned within mixed-use retail projects in advance of large-scale residential growth.
