Bellaire Avenue. Trojan Storage is the developer; Jordan Architects is handling design. The project still requires a zone change and general plan amendment before construction can proceed, with groundbreaking anticipated in 2026 and completion in 2027.
The case is one of several in which operators have paired storage with residential units to meet municipal design standards in dense urban markets.
