Tuckahoe’s Planning Board has conditionally approved a four-story self-storage building at 83-95 Marbledale Road in Westchester County, New York. Developer 93 Marbledale Properties LLC is proposing 108,170 square feet of storage space and 3,390 square feet of street-level retail across 111,560 total square feet. The former quarry site has contaminated soil, and DEC clearance is among the conditions required before construction can begin.
The project underwent design revisions during the review process, including a reduced footprint and greater street setback, reflecting the added scrutiny typically applied to brownfield storage developments in dense suburban markets.
