Spartan Investment Group has opened a FreeUp Storage facility in North Bellingham, Washington, its tenth property in the Pacific Northwest. The 3.8-acre development includes eight single-story buildings with 541 units and 76,600 square feet of rentable space, offering heated and standard storage options. Spartan Construction built the property.
Bellingham is projected to add approximately 16,500 residential units by 2036, providing the demand context for the new supply in the market.
