West Coast Self-Storage has assumed management of three Southern Oregon facilities owned by Mark and Maddy DiRienzo: Mistletoe Road Self Storage in Ashland, Pear Tree Lane Self Storage in Phoenix, and South Medford Self Storage in Medford. The properties total approximately 185,500 square feet and roughly 1,060 units, with unit types spanning drive-up, climate-controlled, heated, and vehicle storage.
The arrangement brings a Rogue Valley independent portfolio under regional third-party management for the first time.
