Centennial American Properties has proposed a four-story, 108,900-square-foot climate-controlled self-storage facility at 3940 Pyramid Way in Sparks, Nevada, planned for operation under the Extra Space Storage brand. The 1.88-acre site requires rezoning from single-family residential to general commercial, a comprehensive plan amendment, and a conditional use permit.
The Sparks Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval in May, and the Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Agency confirmed the project conforms with the regional plan.
