Construction has begun on Freeman Self Storage at 23920 Freeman Road in the Elyson master-planned community near Katy, Texas. C3 Katy Ventures is developing the three-story, climate-controlled facility, which will include more than 850 Class A units. Right Move Storage will operate the property upon completion, targeted for fall 2027.
The project adds climate-controlled storage capacity to a rapidly growing north Katy market driven by ongoing residential development.
