North Lebanon Township’s Board of Supervisors has unanimously approved a six-building self-storage development on Suzy Street in Pennsylvania. The roughly six-acre industrial site will include four drive-up storage buildings, one smaller building, and one climate-controlled structure. Five waivers were granted covering sidewalks, curbing, outlet pipe size, a flow splitter requirement, and plan submission. The site has a single access point and 15 parking spaces.
The approval is consistent with a broader pattern of storage projects advancing on industrial-zoned land in smaller municipalities.
