SurePoint Development has broken ground on a new self-storage facility in The Woodlands, Texas. The project will include 861 units and approximately 90,000 net rentable square feet of climate-controlled storage space within The Woodlands Town Center. Extra Space Storage will manage the property, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2027. The facility will be SurePoint’s 10th location in the Houston area, reflecting continued self-storage development activity in growing suburban markets and ongoing demand for climate-controlled storage inventory.
