Rob Schick has been a licensed broker in the Indianapolis area for over 26 years and is the Argus Broker Affiliate for the State of Indiana. A graduate of Indiana University with a finance degree, Rob began his career in mortgage banking and, after six years, transitioned over to commercial real estate brokerage in 1995.
Rob is well-versed in all asset classes but has focused primarily on self-storage for the past 16 years. He has the experience and expertise to accurately value facilities regardless of where they fit in the market – C of O deals, early-phase lease-up or stabilized. He is also a self-storage owner and developer, having built three facilities in the past 12 years.
First and foremost, Rob concentrates on the disposition and acquisition of self-storage facilities for his clients and has amassed over $260 million in self-storage sales.
